O-ring seals can still perform well in sealing and shock absorption environments that are resistant to oil, alkali, wear, and chemical erosion.

High temperature and chemical corrosion resistance, excellent sealing effect, low friction resistance, good self-lubricating properties, and easy installation.

Low friction effectively overcomes twisting problems and achieves better lubrication effects. It can serve as a motion sealing element under low-speed motion conditions and is also suitable for static sealing scenarios.

In the semiconductor manufacturing process, various equipment and chambers need to maintain a high degree of sealing to prevent external pollutants from entering. This annular component is used as a sealing gasket and installed at the interface of the equipment to ensure sealing effectiveness.

Adopting a double-layer coating structure of high-performance plastic (FEP/PFA) and special rubber (fluororubber/silicone), specially developed for strong corrosion, ultra-high temperature, and high cleanliness scenarios.

Specially designed for semiconductor equipment doors, using perfluoroether rubber (FFKM) and metal materials to meet Class 1 cleanliness requirements, with an ion precipitation rate of less than 0.001pbp.

It ensures high precision and stability in wafer processing, and also has advantages such as high temperature resistance, chemical stability, and ultra long service life.
