The Chinese Vacuum Society is the only national, academic, and non-profit social organization in the field of vacuum technology. As the most historically significant and influential industry event in the global vacuum technology field, the International Vacuum Exhibition has been approved by the China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology since its establishment in 1991. After 34 years of innovative development, it has successfully held 17 industry events.
